EVOC Training Class

Members of HVFD finished up their driving requirement for EVOC ( Emergency Vehicles Operations Course)

Members had 8 hrs of classroom instruction followed by the grueling driving course.

Members had to drive the fire engine in a coned course with ;

Alley docking

Parallel parking, slalom course(, both frontwards and reverse), backing up narrowing alley, backing up to a cone without knocking it over..

The Schoodic Regional Emergency Services sponsored the training.
