About Us

We are a small rural department just East of Ellsworth Maine. We have a dedicated membership of all volunteers. We have six pieces of apparatus, including two "Class-A" engines, Two (2000) gallon tank trucks, one Brush/Utility truck, and One Rescue. We have 5 mutual aid communities in our proximity, and respond automatically with them per written agreements

Our town is about 25 square miles, and includes 10 miles of U.S. Hwy 1.

We have two stations on opposing ends of town, and out members are distributed likewise.

We meet the second Monday of each month, and hold our annual elections each March. If you have any comments or questions, fill out the form on the "Feedback" link
